XM and iPod interface for 2008 Mazda MX-5?

need ipod interface (and if possible) xm radio interface 2008 mx-5. best solution out there without spending bomb? there xm-direct solution available?

conditions:
1. not want change out factory radio.
2. not want use kind of fm transmitters or have signal piped in through fm radio.
3. not want major modifications other adding simple "box".

there $150 dealer interface ipod i'm considering. want hear people who've used dealer-supplied interface; such - whether display song titles on main display, how sound quality, installation easy (if diy-ed it), steering wheel control allow change songs on ipod..etc
