important traditional values of martial arts, such respect, discipline, self-confidence , modesty should taught children. there numerous physical benefits gained right kind of training. requires levels of aerobic fitness, flexibility , healthy approach diet. students find kind of training overall ability in other fields football, basketball or hockey improve. martial art training develops fast twitch muscle fibres; hand/foot eye co-ordination, , flexibility train can prevent muscle tears , injuries common other sports.

young children enjoy regular training develop important social skills. martial art training involves individual , team performance, athlete feel alienated among peers. learn have competitive spirit, whilst maintaining respect fellow athletes.

through practising martial art can improve 3 keys areas in young people�s lives; self esteem, self confidence , self perception or identity.

i wanted take martial arts badly. parents won't let me. there other way can learn martial arts without going class?and mean martial arts can make me strong guy. not relaxation.
