I am a PHILOSOPHY HONORS Student,i am in confusion what i should learn in the morning 1 MARTIAL ARTS or YOGA?


1 both compatible pacifistic philosophies since martial arts taught self defense. wrong if learned attack others.
2 martial arts going more physical in you'll @ point spar , have strike person. though violent act, done without intent cause harm. if physical violence you're absolutely opposed under circumstances go yoga.
3 you'll burn more calories martial arts.
4 both teach meditation clears mind, though you're more meditate in yoga class.
5 if practiced correctly both have mental advantages outside class, martial arts provide additional skills defend yourself.
6 yoga tends linked bit hinduism , practices while martial arts loosely linked buddhist practices (and taoist) though has become less in more recent times.
7 in end pick 1 want while rationalizing argument behind it. you'll better served in finding out why there conflict between these 2 possibilities in first place.
