How long is your commute and how is it?

i'm thinking taking job offer in city , have commute 1 hour each way work 5 days week. i'm curious how long takes other people work....i live in pretty small city , doesn't take people long (15-35 mins). if drive more 45 minutes each way how drive? seem takes forever? listen radio/cd's/books on tape? in advance.
