resident 2yrs of uk till october 2007.
have not earning money sources. partner britisher supports me son though credit card uk issued. stuck in india passport got damaged , new 1 hasn't come.
money partner used start company.with ! lakh share capital
company has not made money till now. never received money on account ever. account of company changed coz of name of change in between. bank had problem opening a/c took 6 months open new a/c . salaries , transactions have gone thru personal a/c not stop progress.

still taxable on amount son;s father joint credit card hold him. have drawn cash card on many occasions , deposited in a/c there no other way it.
