assuming slary offered monthly one, good. can't salary better getting in india because didn't mentioned present salary here.

anyhow, if offered salary + accomodation, great. otherwise have pay more on rents.
calculate @ 11.50 per dirhams , compare present , offered salary. please noted here there no income taxes salary.

addition: said accomodation not provided company, have spend aed 2500-4000 sharing family accomodation, or aed 7000-xxxxx 1bhk/2bhk flat in dubai per month. still there confusion in present remuneration, better that, because yo can utilize income fully, 'caz there no income tax here.
