best customer service recieved british airways. didn't check in until 10.10 ans flight supposed leave @ 10.25 (because flight across atlantic delayed). lady @ check in couldn't have been more helpful, phoned gate let them know on way , not leave without me.

worst customer service have ever received has churchill (car insurance). took 6 months pay bill, though have comprehensive insurance , paid them when went financial services ombudsman. £112... when phoned me it, woman on phone admitted had no idea why hadn't paid
