My 95 Pontiac firebird Trans Am LT 1 isn't running right.?

have 1995 pontiac trans 13000 miles on it. bought it. had been sitting on year, start , run, though not lt 1 should. times won't start quite on me after drive awhile. have replaced battery, mass air flow sensor, spark plugs, throttle position sensor, fuel cap, pcv valve, fuel filter, , taken out restricitve muffler in place of cat's. have checked altanator working proberly. have tried numerous code reader's, 16 pin doesn't work 95 , prior , 96 through present doesn't have on program ideas?
