if boat built strong,watertight, go weather , handled fine. i've had offshore experiences in boats down 24ft. larger boat more crew needed.
never heard of miller 28 ! ya better talk around shelter island before go.

friend did in 17 footer. prefer more space personally.

i plan on sailing fiji next summer whats best size boat? have 28' boat available me adequate?
