Any idea when I can expect my financial aid to get sorted out?

attending university of phoenix online. moved , decided go local community college. uop classes expensive - $295 per credit hour. 1 week class when decided transfer. paid uop off owed them , sent loans , grants @ end of april. financial aid has been denied local community college because national student loan data system still showing uop has these funds. i've been told community college uop sort out if wanted, uop told me contact lender (like fix fact grants still showing up), , lender says can't it. when can expect sorted out?
