2008 Volkswagen Jetta or Passat?

volkswagens excellent cars. grew around american cars , when turned 16, 'rents got me 1998 jetta. started love affair german cars. i'm on 3rd german (i've had jetta, old bmw 740, , new rabbit) , wouldn't drive else. people buy these cars grow love them , become loyal customers. feel different other vehicles. trust me, if buy 1 , take care of it, won't disappointed. german cars lightyears ahead of offered automakers. may have lower reliability statistics, don't have complain , many other's don't either. comes down how treat vw. if keep car nice, it'll return favor.
oh, way. passat , jetta both awesome. i, personally, go passat because comes standard excellent turbo 4 , body style newer jetta's. it's bit more roomy.

i'm thinking of buying 1 of above vehicles. 1st time buying import. have owned gm , looking opinions of vw drivers & owners.
