trying print & software using?

can try removing paper & check damaged paper or debris in tray. check paper size settings in tray & in print settings job you're trying print (sometimes wrong size selected & printer knows doesn't have size & wants paper in manual feed tray or something).

delete print job printer queue. power printer off/on. can printer self test printout without computer? try sending print job again (double check page settings first).

my printer not print.i checked says there no paper put lots of paper in it? inks fine. help!! plz hurry!!!
