What is the capital gains tax rate in India at present?

short term capital gains:

1) on shares: 10% now. 1.4.2008 15%

2) on mutual funds: same above

3) on property: there no fixed rate. gains added income of assessee , taxed per slab rates applicable him.

long term capital gains:

1) on shares: nil

2) on mutual funds: 10% flat or 20% indexation per choice of investor.

3) on property: 20% flat (on indexation gains)

thats question... told me short term 15%, long term 0%. true long term 0% ?
