What does the negative g rating mean when referring to aircraft catagorisation for certificate of airworthines

positive g's rated inside loop ( you're pressed down in seat ), negative g's rated outside loop ( being pushed out of seat, held in restraints, going on first hump in roller coaster, continuous). plane rated more positive, that's conditions should flown in, occasionally, aircraft gets stressed other way, , negative g rating designed tell how stress other way aircraft can handle.

im learning aircraft , have seen statement refering aircraft rating. 1 normal rating stunt aircraft carry higher + / - g rating. how have negative g rating. refering to?
