sounds scan drivers not being recognized. can make copy scanner? if can problem in drivers. uninstall/reinstall. if not copy scanner unit, scanner. aio's have added possibility of (scanner, fax) breaking , printer still working. so, may have gone aio printer, if scanner not working.
