I'm so discouraged! Advice?

5 years ago when 14, gave drawing. had been told had talent when came visual arts. but, because i'm perfectionist, find difficult. after recent break up, decided take drawing again escape. i've been doing great, , i'm proud of accomplished. think it's not going turn out perfect, tear out page , throw out. discouraged. so, when frustrated, i'm trying put sketchbook away, , open when i'm more relaxed, past few drawings i've done haven't turned out wanted them to. , i'm discouraged again. don't want give again. i'm wondering if can give me advice stick it, or if else ever gets way?
