Do you know about a lawsuit going on against Toyota?

purchased toyota matrix xrs, 2003. after 1 1/2 years of making payments on car received letter toyota saying ad misleading , horsepower car supposedly had 10 horsepower less told me. tried me sign paper saying not sue them , give me whole year of towing free. yeah, thanks..... anyways, many people use horsepower determine purchase did, @ time interested in using race. upset when found out there different horsepower. long story short, trying find out if else has sued toyota regarding this, or if putting case together. not 1st time has happened , same company keeps on pulling this:
